At WizSafe Technologies, we prioritize customer satisfaction and ensure transparency in our refund process. Below are the details of our refund policies:

W-CEH Course

For the W-CEH (Certified Ethical Hacking) course, we offer a 7-day refund policy with the following conditions:

  • Refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of enrollment.
  • Refunds will only be processed if the student has accessed less than 20% of the course content.
  • Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:
  • The request is made after 7 days of enrollment.
  • The request is made without providing a valid reason.
  • If the student has accessed more than 20% of the course material.

Quick Hack Course

The Quick Hack course does not include any refund policy. Once enrolled, the course fee is non-refundable.

Android Hacking Course

The Android Hacking Course does not include any refund policy. Once enrolled, the course fee is non-refundable.

Refund Process

  • Refund requests must be submitted via email to team@wizsafetech.in with a valid reason for the request.
  • After receiving a refund request, our team will review and verify the request to ensure it meets the refund policy criteria.
  • Once approved, the refund will be processed within 10 business days.
  • Refund processing may be delayed if it coincides with festive holidays.
